Just one simple question why the hell BAL would do that? Didn't they came to power with a massive mandate of the people? They should have looked who may be the ultimate beneficiary of this trajic incident. This is definitely a very inconclusive report. No body is saying BAL is also very clean & no one is , but they are not that insane to get involved in such a trajic incident to chop off their own head. They have found some links of some outsiders but did not elaborate . What does it mean? Some BDR non commissioned officers and Jawans can not carry out such massive killings. If some political elements were found to have links Army committe could definitely mention their names in concluding statement so that if required Army Command while submitting it to Defence mininster can make specific recommendation to futher probe to uncover those links . The report evidence that BDR administration failed to anticiate that growing dissatisfaction among BR were fuming tensions. Why BDR management hibernated? BDR intelligence was possibly involved in the conspiracy planning. The killer group was making plans for such a massive blow out.Still the intelligence did not know .It can not happen, Anyway if required further indepeh probe following leads of the report must be commissioned.None involved in such a massive crime must go unpunished.
