But who is going to separate the judiciary from the dictation of the cantonment. Will the separation bring meaningful independence of judiciary? Barrister Rafique ul-Haq said that he does not expect justice for his clients Begum Khaleda Zia and Shiekh Hasina from this judiciary. He thinks that they can only be freed by political process.
